Eggcellent Easter

Today is Easter! It has been a fun weekend getting ready for the big day. Friday afternoon, my sister and I baked up some fun sugar cookies for family and friends.

Saturday night, we decorated Easter eggs, which the boys loved. So much fun! Heidi and Cory came over to get in on the action and we all had a great time.

Sunday morning, the boys got up early and hunted down over 60 eggs. They enjoyed looking for eggs even more than they enjoyed the crazy amounts of candy that the Easter Bunny left for them (they obviously don't take after their mother).

Then, it was time for our Easter celebration. The boys looked adorable in their new suits as we headed off to church for a beautiful Easter meeting. Following church, we went to Scott's parents house for a lovely Easter dinner. It was a wonderful weekend, but Mom is exhausted.:)

What fun to see the festivities of the day so soon. Dozens of eggs! Dozens of cookies! Three of the cutest little Easter Dudes ever! Love the shot of the three of them decked out in the new suits. No wonder mom is exhausted....Grammy too. Going to bed after a great day. Love, Grammy K

The darling pictures brought back a lot of precious memories of when you kids were little. We did all the same things and it was such excitement for all of you. Now I get to see the fun excitement on my cute grandsons faces. How adorable they are!! Easter is a big day for parents. . . but the kids enjoy it soooo much! Thanks for being perfect parents and having such wonderful grandsons for us.

Wow, those cookies are beautiful and they look so delicious! We made sugar cookies with my Mom while they were visiting by they got eaten before they ever got frosted.
Your boys are so handsome; what a great picture of them all.
