1st Day of Kindergarten

So today was Miles' first day of Kindergarten. Last night was a restless night. Today, there were nerves and fears, and holding back tears. Sadly, that was all me.

Miles slept peacefully. He was not nervous or scared at all, just excited. In fact, he didn't even want me to walk him in, but rather drop him off. I, of course talked him into letting me escort him to class for his first day, but he was thrilled to be there and not at all sad to say good-bye. That made me very happy to see. Here's to a great year Miles!

P.S. You can see from the pictures that Tate got in on all of the action. He was not at all pleased when Miles went in to class, and he didn't get to go as well.

Aaawwwww. . .there is nothing like the first day of school. Sorry Mom you had such a hard time. Miles looked like he was more than ready to start! It's been a long wait! Love you all,

What an excited little face he had on this first day of school. Love the color coordination with the clothes and backpack. He'll wow all the little girls for sure! It's always a tough day for mom but he is soooo ready. I'm sure he hit the road running. We are so proud of Miles and his assistant, Tate. Love you all. Grammy K
