Miles and I picked a beautiful bouquet of lilacs from our backyard and got the mood lift we needed by bringing the warm weather indoors. Miles insisted we include some of our yellow flowers, also known as dandelions.
Miles became a superhero.
Tate became Mexican.
Miles participated in soccer at preschool sports.
Tate decided he wanted to participate as well.
Miles also started in a t-ball league where I am his personal coach. I am not sure who thought up the genius idea to get parents to pay to teach their own children to play baseball, but in spite of my personal objection to the method, I have enjoyed having the one on one time with him and have seen his skills improve.
Miles finished his first year of preschool with a teddy bear picnic at the park. They played games and put on a really cute program.
We love Miss Sue! Looking forward to another great year . . .
Our sweet neighbor gave the boys her children's old picnic table and they insisted on having lunch outdoors.
My mom came for a visit and the boys loved all of their time with Grandma Lana.
Tate insists on doing everything that his big brother does.
Ahhhh, looking forward to the lazy days of summer . . . .
